PASTA CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped 1 small red onion 1 large package mushrooms, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 C cream 1/2 C romano cheese 1/2 # bacon, cooked and diced 2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced 1 # linguini, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS:
Saute first four ingredients in 2 T butter until soft Add bacon and chicken breast Add cream When the mixture comes to a boil, add romano cheese, salt and pepper to taste Add linguini to pan to coat pasta Serve garnished with cheese COOKING TIME: 30 minutes
