PAN FRIED TIGER SHRIMP AND RICE

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp Marinade Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. tiger shrimp 1 tbsp. White wine 1/2 tsp. Salt white pepper to taste 3 cloves of garlic chopped 1 scallion chopped Mix the above ingredients and marinade the shrimp10-15 minutes prior to cooking Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients: tbsp. Soy sauce 1 tbsp. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp. Sugar black pepper to taste 1 clove of garlic chopped white wine Mix the above ingredients and set aside Vegetable Rice Ingredients: 4 servings steamed (cooked) rice 1/2 cup corn oil 1/4 yellow onion chopped 2 cups chopped vegetables 1 tbsp. Soy sauce 1 tbsp. Tomato ketchup salt to taste white pepper to taste lemon pepper to taste fresh cilantro to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan fry vegetable rice from ingredients above In a separate pan, heat 1/4 cup corn oil and pan fry the marinated shrimp mixing in the stir fry sauce Plate vegetable rice with shrimp on the side COOKING TIME: 30 minutes
