TIAN OF ROASTED DUCK AND WILD MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS:
2 whole duck breast 4 tbsp Asiatique Lemongrass + Hoisin Sauce 1 cup wild mushrooms 4 tbsp Asiatique Stir Fry Sauce 1/2 each red and yellow pepper, diced 1 clove garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix items in a non reactive bowl. Marinate duck breasts for 2 hours. On a hot sauté pan, sear duck (skin down) for 5 minutes to liquefy the fat and sear the other side for 3 minutes. Remove and cut breast into thin slices. In a hot sauté pan, add 1 tsp olive oil and minced garlic. Add the Asiatique Stir Fry Sauce. Add wild mushroom and diced color pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes and remove. Save a little sauce for garnish. Place 2 tbsp mushroom in middle of large plate. Fan thinly sliced duck breast pieces around mushroom. Drizzle sauce and serve immediately. COOKING TIME: 30 minutes
