Chef Albert has been in the culinary field for over 20 years, assuming the chef position at Baxter Station Bar and Grill in 2003.  Chef Albert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has completed graduate course work in Behavior Analysis and Therapy.

PHILOSOPHY:
Utilizing locally sourced, seasonal products to deliver bold regional flavors.
